Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds red potatoes, quartered
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

How To Make roasted red potatoes

  • Step 1
    Combine all ingredients in a large resealable bag and toss to coat. Pour into an ungreased 13x9 inch pan and bake, uncovered, at 450 degrees for 35 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
