- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
How To Make roasted red potatoes

Step 1Combine all ingredients in a large resealable bag and toss to coat. Pour into an ungreased 13x9 inch pan and bake, uncovered, at 450 degrees for 35 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
