russet potatoes peeled washed and diced
1/4 c
olive oil
1/4 c
butter melted
1/3 c
mayonnaise
4 clove
garlic minced
2 Tbsp
fresh parsley minced
salt and pepper to taste
fresh shredded parmesan cheese for serving
