1/3 cmayonnaise

4 clovegarlic minced

2 Tbspfresh parsley minced

How to Make Roasted Potatoes in Garlic Aioli
- Mix all ingredients except potatoes and parmesan cheese together in a bowl. Toss in potatoes and coat well.
- Place the potatoes in roasting pan and roast in oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
- Sprinkle with parmesan cheese to serve
