My husband loves these. He would rather have these for Thanksgiving then potatoes and gravy. He loads them with ketchup and devours them.

Ingredients

  • 4 large
    russet potatoes peeled and sliced
  • 1 large
    onion sliced
  • 1/2 pkg
    hot dogs sliced
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp
    butter
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Redneck Fried Taters and Onions with Hot dogs

Step-by-Step

  1. Add butter and oil to large frying pan. Add potatoes and onions. Cook until browned and soft.
  2. Add hot dogs. Cook another few minutes. Taste and adjust seasonings.
