- 8 small new potatoes
- 1/2 cup water
- 4 slices bacon
- 2 tablespoons zesty italian dressing
- 1/2 cup sharp cheddar
How To Make potato smashers

Step 1Cook potatoes in microwave uncovered with 1/2 cup of water on high 10 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes. Cook back until crisp; drain.

Step 2Drain potatoes. Press each potato with bottom of small bowl bottom to 1/2" thickeness.

Step 3Heat dressing, add potatoes for 4-5 minutes, or until golden on bottom. Crumble bacon and sprinkle bacon and cheese on top. Cover with like and cook 2 additional minutes.over
