Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked, cubed potatoes
- 1 package turkey or chicken stove-top stuffing, prepared according to package directions
- 1 - onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups celery, sliced
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 1/2 cup water
- 5 cups soft bread cubes
- 1 14.5 oz. cans chicken or turkey broth
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- dash - celery salt
- - salt and pepper, to taste
How To Make potato filling

Step 1Cube and cook potatoes.

Step 2Make Stove-Top Stuffing, according to package directions. (ingredients are not listed above)

Step 3Place onion, celery, margarine and 1/2 cup water in microwave dish, with lid. Cover and cook until celery is just soft, about 10 to 12 minutes. (Can also sauté on stovetop.)

Step 4Stir together prepared stuffing, potatoes, and celery/onion mixture. Stir in the rest of the ingredients.

Step 5Turn into a sprayed 2-qt. casserole dish. Cover and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Remove cover during last 15 minutes of baking.

Step 6Can be made a day in advance and refrigerated. Bake for 1 1/2 hours if cold.
