How to Make Potato Filling
2Make Stove-Top Stuffing, according to package directions. (ingredients are not listed above)
3Place onion, celery, margarine and 1/2 cup water in microwave dish, with lid. Cover and cook until celery is just soft, about 10 to 12 minutes. (Can also sauté on stovetop.)
4Stir together prepared stuffing, potatoes, and celery/onion mixture. Stir in the rest of the ingredients.
5Turn into a sprayed 2-qt. casserole dish. Cover and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Remove cover during last 15 minutes of baking.
6Can be made a day in advance and refrigerated. Bake for 1 1/2 hours if cold.
