Ingredients
- 6 - large potatoes boiled with skin and grated when cold
- 1 stick butter
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1 bunch green onions
- - pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup crushed potato chips
How To Make potato casserole

Step 1Melt stick of butter, add soup, sour cream salt, pepper and milk.

Step 2Add to grated potatoes, fold in chopped green onions. Put in baking dish.

Step 3Melt additional butter and add to potato chips and sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake for 50 minutes at 375 degrees.
