Ingredients

large potatoes boiled with skin and grated when cold
1 stick
butter
1 can(s)
cream of chicken soup
3 Tbsp
milk
1 tsp
salt
1 pt
sour cream
1 bunch
green onions
pepper to taste
2 Tbsp
butter
1 c
crushed potato chips

How to Make Potato Casserole

Step-by-Step

  • 1Melt stick of butter, add soup, sour cream salt, pepper and milk.
  • 2Add to grated potatoes, fold in chopped green onions. Put in baking dish.
  • 3Melt additional butter and add to potato chips and sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake for 50 minutes at 375 degrees.
