Ingredients For potato casserole

6large potatoes boiled with skin and grated when cold
-
1 stickbutter

1 cancream of chicken soup

3 Tbspmilk
-
1 tspsalt
-
1 ptsour cream
-
1 bunchgreen onions

pepper to taste

2 Tbspbutter
-
1 ccrushed potato chips
How To Make potato casserole

1Melt stick of butter, add soup, sour cream salt, pepper and milk.

2Add to grated potatoes, fold in chopped green onions. Put in baking dish.

3Melt additional butter and add to potato chips and sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake for 50 minutes at 375 degrees.
