Ingredients
- 2 pounds frozen hash browns, thawed
- 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups corn flakes, crushed
- 2 - small cartons sour cream
How To Make potato casserole

Step 1Mix all ingredients and put in a 2 quart casserole dish, except for corn flakes. Top with the corn flakes with ¼ cup melted butter. Put in oven for 350F for 1 hour.
