Great potatoes, easy recipe, goes great with pork or chicken and lemon broccoli.

red potatoes
2 Tbsp
olive oil
1/2 c
parmesan cheese
1 tsp
dried parsley flakes
1/2 tsp
lawry's seasoning salt
1/4 tsp
onion salt
1/4 tsp
garlic powder

How to Make Parmesan Roasted Reds


  • 1Pre-heat the oven to 375 degrees.
  • 2Cover a cookie sheet with foil and then grease it.
  • 3Microwave the potatoes until they are tender. (You can bake them if you prefer just don't over cook. They should be tender to the touch.)
  • 4When the potatoes are tender, cut them in halves.
  • 5Mix the oil parmesan cheese, and seasonings together in a large plastic zip bag.
  • 6Marinate the potatoes for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • 7Bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Do not over bake or they will be tough.
