Ingredients
- 1 pound red potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon lawry's seasoning salt
- 1/4 teaspoon onion salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
How To Make parmesan roasted reds

Step 1Pre-heat the oven to 375 degrees.

Step 2Cover a cookie sheet with foil and then grease it.

Step 3Microwave the potatoes until they are tender. (You can bake them if you prefer just don't over cook. They should be tender to the touch.)

Step 4When the potatoes are tender, cut them in halves.

Step 5Mix the oil parmesan cheese, and seasonings together in a large plastic zip bag.

Step 6Marinate the potatoes for 10 to 15 minutes.

Step 7Bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Do not over bake or they will be tough.
