I threw this together one night to go with our marinated grilled asparagus and yummy steak. These were very yummy.

Ingredients
- 5 medium red potatoes
- 2 stalks green onion, sliced
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- Italian seasoning, to taste
- olive oil
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
How To Make parmesan italian potatoes

Step 1Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking dish with aluminum foil.

Step 2Cut up potatoes. Place them into the prepared pan. Sprinkle cut-up onions on top.

Step 3Add minced garlic and Italian seasoning.

Step 4Toss with olive oil.

Step 5Seal the foil.

Step 6Bake for 30 minutes.

Step 7Remove potatoes from the oven. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top. Then bake for another 15 minutes.
