I threw this together one night to go with our marinated grilled asparagus and yummy steak. These were very yummy.

Ingredients

  • 5 medium red potatoes
  • 2 stalks green onion, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • Italian seasoning, to taste
  • olive oil
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

How To Make parmesan italian potatoes

  • Step 1
    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking dish with aluminum foil.
  • Step 2
    Cut up potatoes. Place them into the prepared pan. Sprinkle cut-up onions on top.
  • Step 3
    Add minced garlic and Italian seasoning.
  • Step 4
    Toss with olive oil.
  • Step 5
    Seal the foil.
  • Step 6
    Bake for 30 minutes.
  • Step 7
    Remove potatoes from the oven. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top. Then bake for another 15 minutes.
