The best potatoes! Easy to make, delicious and a great company dish. I get compliments whenever I make these potatoes.

Ingredients

  • 12 - small, young potatoes
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • - pepper
  • - paprika

How To Make paprika potatoes

  • Step 1
    Cook potatoes until tender. Drain, cool, peel, and put in refrigerature in a covered bowl.
  • Step 2
    Melt butter in a frying pan. Roll potatoes round and round in the butter being certain that each potato is thoroughly coated and moistened with butter. Use a wooden spoon to do this.
  • Step 3
    When all the potatoes are thoroughly buttered, sprinkle generously with pepper and mainly paprika.
  • Step 4
    Lower the flame and cook slowly, turning often and adding more paprika, if necessary, to assure their being a glistening,brick-red, beautiful hot delight.
