These were really good along with the Cranberry Orange Chicken I made for dinner.

Ingredients

  • 10 medium yukon gold or any variety, cut into cubes and leave unpeeled
  • 1 tablespoon garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons dried or fresh parsley
  • 1/2 stick butter

How To Make on the stove parsley parm yukons

  • Step 1
    In a large saucepan add your cubed potatoes and enough water just to cover. On medium/low heat, cook your potatoes until they are al dente in center.
  • Step 2
    Turn your heat on low and add garlic, parsley, and butter and cook until potatoes are completely tender in center. Sprinkle parmesan over top of potatoes and serve.
