- yukon gold or any variety, cut into cubes and leave unpeeled
- 1 Tbsp
- garlic minced
- 1/4 c
- parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp
- dried or fresh parsley
- 1/2 stick
How to Make On The Stove Parsley Parm Yukons
- 1In a large saucepan add your cubed potatoes and enough water just to cover. On medium/low heat, cook your potatoes until they are al dente in center.
- 2Turn your heat on low and add garlic, parsley, and butter and cook until potatoes are completely tender in center. Sprinkle parmesan over top of potatoes and serve.
