- 10 medium yukon gold or any variety, cut into cubes and leave unpeeled
- 1 tablespoon garlic minced
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons dried or fresh parsley
- 1/2 stick butter
How To Make on the stove parsley parm yukons

Step 1In a large saucepan add your cubed potatoes and enough water just to cover. On medium/low heat, cook your potatoes until they are al dente in center.

Step 2Turn your heat on low and add garlic, parsley, and butter and cook until potatoes are completely tender in center. Sprinkle parmesan over top of potatoes and serve.
