nan's skillet dill potato fries

Love home fries and made them this way tonight! So good!

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 6 medium russet potatoes
  • 1 small yellow onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon water
  • 1 tablespoon dill, fresh or dried
  • - salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning salt, all-purpose (i use county bob's)

How To Make nan's skillet dill potato fries

  • Step 1
    In a medium skillet heat your oil to medium. Place your onions and potatoes in the skillet and let them cook until they start to brown up, 30 minutes.
  • Step 2
    Season mixture with salt/pepper. country bob's, or your favorite seasoning. Sprinkle with dill, Then place lid on, turn heat down to low and let cook another 20 minutes. Serve them warm.
