olive oil
6 medium
russet potatoes
1 small
yellow onion, chopped
1 tsp
1 Tbsp
dill, fresh or dried
salt and pepper
1 tsp
seasoning salt, all-purpose (i use county bob's)

How to Make Nan's Skillet Dill Potato Fries


  • 1In a medium skillet heat your oil to medium. Place your onions and potatoes in the skillet and let them cook until they start to brown up, 30 minutes.
  • 2Season mixture with salt/pepper. country bob's, or your favorite seasoning. Sprinkle with dill, Then place lid on, turn heat down to low and let cook another 20 minutes. Serve them warm.
