Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 6 medium russet potatoes
- 1 small yellow onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon water
- 1 tablespoon dill, fresh or dried
- - salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon seasoning salt, all-purpose (i use county bob's)
How To Make nan's skillet dill potato fries

Step 1In a medium skillet heat your oil to medium. Place your onions and potatoes in the skillet and let them cook until they start to brown up, 30 minutes.

Step 2Season mixture with salt/pepper. country bob's, or your favorite seasoning. Sprinkle with dill, Then place lid on, turn heat down to low and let cook another 20 minutes. Serve them warm.
