Nan's Skillet Dill Potato Fries
1 Tbspolive oil
6 mediumrusset potatoes
1 smallyellow onion, chopped
1 Tbspdill, fresh or dried
·salt and pepper
1 tspseasoning salt, all-purpose (i use county bob's)
How to Make Nan's Skillet Dill Potato Fries
- In a medium skillet heat your oil to medium. Place your onions and potatoes in the skillet and let them cook until they start to brown up, 30 minutes.
- Season mixture with salt/pepper. country bob's, or your favorite seasoning. Sprinkle with dill, Then place lid on, turn heat down to low and let cook another 20 minutes. Serve them warm.
