How to Make My Kind Of Fried Taters

Step-by-Step

  1. peel and slice you potatoes. give them a good wash in water. chop up your onions and bell peppers. add some butter or cooking oil to a skillet and put your taters in the pan add the onions and bell peppers then add you salt and pepper.
  2. now to add some jazz to it you can also add some montreal steak seasoning. I don't always put that in my taters I do some times. to me it just gives it a good flavor.
