Ingredients
- 4 - 5 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and wedged
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 1/2 - 3 tablespoons honey
- 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1/8 -1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- kosher - salt
How To Make ~ mighty tasty sweet potato wedges ~

Step 1Preheat oven to 400 degree F. Spray a non stick baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. In a bowl, whisk all the ingredients together, except for the potatoes and salt.

Step 2Brush each potato with half the mixture using a pastry brush. Place in oven and bake for 25 - 30 minutes.

Step 3Remove from oven and coat again with remaining mixture. Place back on oven and bake another 10 - 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender and starting to caramelize.

Step 4Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle with kosher salt. Serve immediately.
