How to Make Mashed Potatoes

Step-by-Step

  1. Wash the potatoes, chop them into chunks,( DO NOT PEEL) add to salted water, and let cook for 30 minutes at medium high. When done, drain most of the water off. (I use the potato water, for nutrients).
  2. After draining water, mash the potatoes with a masher, add mayo, sour cream, and butter. Add salt and pepper to your taste.
