I decided to make mashed potatoes one night when my son was little. After boiling them and then mashing, I realized I had no milk....instead of milk I used Mayonnaise..yep I did and they are delish! Hubby loves them, so do my children!

Ingredients
- 6-7 medium potatoes
- 6 quarts salted water
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 tablespoon butter
How To Make mashed potatoes

Step 1Wash the potatoes, chop them into chunks,( DO NOT PEEL) add to salted water, and let cook for 30 minutes at medium high. When done, drain most of the water off. (I use the potato water, for nutrients).

Step 2After draining water, mash the potatoes with a masher, add mayo, sour cream, and butter. Add salt and pepper to your taste.
