- 4 pounds yukon gold potatoes
- 2 - jalapenos, seeded and diced
- 3 - green onions, chopped
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 4 - hard boiled eggs, sliced
- 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
How To Make kicked up potato salad

Step 1Fill a pot with water. Add salt and potatoes and bring to a boil. Cook for about 15 minutes or until tender. Drain and set aside to cool.

Step 2In a large bowl, combine sour cream, horseradish, mayo, jalapeno, green onion and black pepper. Mix until fully incorporated.

Step 3Fold bacon, potatoes, and hard boiled eggs into the mixture. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
