Herb Roasted Red Potatoes
2 lbred potatoes scubbed and diced
1 stickbutter divided
2 Tbspherbes de provence
1 Tbspfresh thyme minced
1 Tbspfresh rosemary minced
How to Make Herb Roasted Red Potatoes
- Preheat oven 350 degrees.
- Place 1/2 stick butter in 9 x 13 baking pan and place in oven until butter is melted.
- Remove pan from oven and add the potatoes. Sprinkle all the herbs evenly over the top of potatoes. Cut the remaining butter into pieces and arrange on top of potatoes.
- Place pan in oven and bake 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
