Ingredients
- 2 pounds hash brown potatoes, refrigerated or frozen, thawed and drained
- 1/3 cup onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup margarine, melted
- 1 teaspoon salt, optional
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 can cheddar cheese soup (can use light)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup (can use light)
- 8 ounces sour cream (can use light)
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
How To Make gourmet potatoes

Step 1Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.

Step 2Turn into a 13 x 9 casserole dish.

Step 3Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350, stirring at least once while baking.
