Ingredients
- 6-8 - red potatoes, cut into bite sized chunks
- 1/4 - 1/2 pound bacon
- 1/2 - onion, chopped
- - apple cider vinegar
How To Make german potato salad

Step 1In a large pot, boil potatoes in salted water until tender. Drain.

Step 2Chop bacon into small pieces. In a large fry pan, fry bacon until crisp. Drain well on paper towels.

Step 3Using the same pan, saute onion in the bacon drippings until translucent.

Step 4Add cooked potatoes & bacon to the fry pan. Stir well and heat through.

Step 5Drizzle with the vinegar, to taste. Stir well and serve warm.
