Ingredients
- 3 pounds russet potatoes
- 1 1/2 cups half and half
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
How To Make garlic mashed potatoes

Step 1Peel potatoes and cut them into chunks. Place in a large pot and cover with water.

Step 2Bring the water to a boil and cook until the potatoes are fork tender, about 20-25 minutes. Drain.

Step 3Mash the potatoes well.

Step 4Combine half and half, garlic and cheese. Pour into the potatoes. Stir to mix. Or you can use a mixer.
