How to Make Garlic Mashed Potatoes
- Peel potatoes and cut them into chunks. Place in a large pot and cover with water.
- Bring the water to a boil and cook until the potatoes are fork tender, about 20-25 minutes. Drain.
- Mash the potatoes well.
- Combine half and half, garlic and cheese. Pour into the potatoes. Stir to mix. Or you can use a mixer.
