  • 3 lb
    russet potatoes
  • 1 1/2 c
    half and half
  • 1 Tbsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/4 c
    grated parmesan cheese

How to Make Garlic Mashed Potatoes


  1. Peel potatoes and cut them into chunks. Place in a large pot and cover with water.
  2. Bring the water to a boil and cook until the potatoes are fork tender, about 20-25 minutes. Drain.
  3. Mash the potatoes well.
  4. Combine half and half, garlic and cheese. Pour into the potatoes. Stir to mix. Or you can use a mixer.
