How to Make Dirty Taters

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with alumin foil? Stay with non stick cooking spray.
  2. Scrub potatoes, dry then cut into bite size cubes. Place in a bowl. Sprinkle with onion soup mix. Stir to coat then place in single layer on baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil. Bake for 20-30 minutes or unti fork tender.
