- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- - salt and pepper
How To Make creamy sour cream garlic mashed potatoes

Step 1Peel and cut up into quarters. Boil potatoes until soft.

Step 2Strain, put in med bowl. Mash potatoes with a masher adding butter. (best to cut butter into sections then add, easier to melt in) add little bit of milk at a time add garlic and then sour cream salt and pepper to you liking

Step 3mix well till nice and creamy.
