- 6 - potatoes, peeled
- 5 cups water
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black peper
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup chicken broth, low sodium
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
How To Make creamy parmesan mashed potatoes

Step 1Boil water & salt, add peeled potatoes cut in half,cook about 15 minutes until fork soft.

Step 2drain and place back add milk & chicken broth and mash , add butter , pepper and last the parmesan cheese combine well...cover and let sit a few minutes for cheese to melt in.
