A great different way to make mashed potatoes. So creamy and cheesy.

Ingredients

  • 6 large potatoes peeled, cooked and drain
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup creme fraiche or sour cream
  • 1 bunch green onions minced
  • 1 large egg beaten
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 cloves garlic minced optional

How To Make creamy baked cheddar mashed potatoes

  • Step 1
    Mash the potatoes and stir in all ingredients until incorporated well.
  • Step 2
    Transfer to greased 2 qt. baking dish. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
