Ingredients
- 6 large potatoes peeled, cooked and drain
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup creme fraiche or sour cream
- 1 bunch green onions minced
- 1 large egg beaten
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 cloves garlic minced optional
How To Make creamy baked cheddar mashed potatoes

Step 1Mash the potatoes and stir in all ingredients until incorporated well.

Step 2Transfer to greased 2 qt. baking dish. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
