Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 cup milk
- 15 ounces can sliced new potatoes, drained
How To Make creamed new potatoes

Step 1Melt butter in a medium sauce pan over medium high heat. Stir in dry ingredients until a light roux forms. Stir in milk. Cook and stir until thick and bubbly. Add potatoes and gently fold until well coated. Turn heat to low and heat through.
