cora's scalloped potatoes

My good friend Cora sent me this recipe,she lives out of state and sends recipes from time to time.She's an excellent cook,I know these will be delicious. My husband loves scalloped potatoes with fried pork chops.

Ingredients

  • - 1 can campbell's condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • - 1/3-1/2 c milk
  • - 1/4 c chopped parsley
  • - 4 c thinly sliced potatoes
  • - 1 small onion,thinly sliced
  • - 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
  • - dash paprika

How To Make cora's scalloped potatoes

  • Step 1
    Combine soup, milk, parsley and pepper.In 1 1/2 quart casserole, arrange alternate layers of potatoes, onions and sauce.Dot top with butter; sprinkle with paprika.Cover; bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Uncover; bake 15 minutes more or until potatoes are done.
