Ingredients
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 6 cups mashed sweet potatoes or 2 (40 ounce) cans sweet potatoes, drained
- CRUST
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 1/4 cup melted butter

Step 1Add the brown sugar, heavy cream, melted butter, cinnamon and salt to the mashed sweet potatoes and mix well.

Step 2Put into a 9 X 13 inch baking pan.

Step 3CRUST: Combine the flour, brown sugar, pecans, and coconut and stir together well. Stir in the butter with a fork until you have a crumbly mixture.

Step 4Sprinkle the crumbly mixture over the sweet potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 to 70 minutes or until top begins to brown slightly.

Step 5When you remove the casserole from the oven, immediately spread the marshmallows over the top. Let this sit for about 10 minutes as the heat from the casserole will melt the marshmallows.
