Ingredients
- 5 pounds white potatoes
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 16 ounces sour cream with chives
- 16 ounces whole milk
- 4 cups sharp cheddar cheese -grated
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make cheesy potatoes for a crowd

Step 1Peel and dice potatoes

Step 2Boil until just tender

Step 3Butter a deep dish 9 x 13 pan

Step 4In a separate bowl, combine soup, sour cream, milk, melted butter, salt and pepper, and 2/3 of the cheese. Mix well

Step 5Drain and rinse potatoes Pour in sauce and mix well.

Step 6Pour into buttered dish and cover with remaining cheese.

Step 7Bake covered for 45 mins. Remove cover to and bake for 15 min more to allow the top to brown a little.

Step 8Let set 10-15 minutes before serving. Enjoy.
