Cheesy Potato Cassarole
1 cshredded cheddar cheese
18 oz carton sour cream
1/4 cchopped onion
1/4 tsppepper or to taste
·cooked and chopped bacon (optional)
How to Make Cheesy Potato Cassarole
- Cook potatoes and mash with a fork. Combine cheese, butter and milk in a saucepan and cook over low heat until butter and cheese melts.
- Remove from heat and stir in sour cream, onions, salt, pepper and cooked bacon (if you are using it). Fold in potatoes.
- Put mixture in a 2 quart casserole and dot with butter. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
