This is a fun and different way to make your steak and potatoes! Prep time is for baking potatoes in microwave.

Ingredients
- 3 medium baking potatoes
- 3 slices paper thin sirloin or milaneasa cut steak
- 1 cup grated cheese, your favorite
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- - **your favorite meat and potato spices or rubs
How To Make cheese stuffed steak & potato rollups

Step 1Scrub potato skins and bake until fork tender. Allow to cook in order to handle. Slice off a small amount of skin and flesh from both sides of the potato. Then cut out the middle with a spoon or knife.

Step 2Mix together cream cheese, grated cheese (I used smoked cheddar). Add red pepper flakes or any other spice or season you would like with your baked potato. I also added a little chopped cilantro, but green onion would have been good. Cooked crumbled bacon would be delicious too.

Step 3Rub your meat with your favorite rub. I used https://www.justapinch.com/recipes/sauce-spread/sauce-spread-spread/wet-rub-from-the-south.html

Step 4Once you have the meat ready, place the empty potato onto the meat about 1/3 way (you want to wrap the meat over the top of the potato). Then gently but firmly stuffed the potato with the cheese mixture.

Step 5Now fold meat over top of potato and roll up. Grill for about 5 minutes on each side.
