How to Make Buttery Baked Potato Wedges
- Heat oven to 450º Put butter in a 10" square container. (I use corning ware because I have it) While you prepare potatoes melt butter while oven heats.
- Wash well and dry the potatoes. Leave skin on and slice in wedges length ways.
- Put potatoes in prepared pan. Stir the potatoes in the butter to coat. Sprinkle season salt on them. I use (Lawry's Season Salt) but you can use your favorite.
- Bake for 30 minutes or till lightly brown of outside and soft in middle.
