bunyan's bacon & onion foil packet potatoes
These guys can go on your grill and they are delish! DON'T add any salt! The onion soup mix is salty and so is the bacon, then if you throw in the cheese, you gotta salt bomb!

Ingredients
- 4 sheets heavy-duty foil
- 1 package dry onion soup mix, divided between the 4 pouches
- 16 - baby red potatoes, thinly sliced
- 16 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 medium shallot, small diced
- 1 cup cheese (optional)
- - fresh ground black pepper to taste
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 sprig fresh rosemary for each serving
- - sour cream for serving (optional)
How To Make bunyan's bacon & onion foil packet potatoes

Step 1Spray each sheet of foil with Pam.

Step 2Top each piece with equal portions of potatoes, bacon, 1/4 packet onion soup mix and mix it up

Step 3Add pepper to taste

Step 4Add 1 tablespoon of butter to each serving

Step 5Put the rosemary sprig on top of the butter

Step 6Wrap them up tight

Step 7Grill for 20 to 30 minutes.

Step 8Or you can bake it in the oven, at 350° for about 35 minutes or till done (they're better grilled IMHO!)

Step 9Let stand 10 minutes before serving

Step 10Serve in foil, topped with sour cream or cheese or both if you want
