- 1/2 - onion, grated
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 - eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon grated nutmeg
- 2 tablespoons minced parsley
- - butter or oil for frying
How To Make bev's potato pancakes

Step 1Peel potatoes; grate and squeeze water out. Add onion and mix.

Step 2Add flour, eggs, salt, pepper, nutmeg and parsley. Mix.
