- 4-6 - potatoes
- 1 - hidden valley ranch packet mix
- 3 tablespoons olive oil or canola oil
- 1 - gallon ziploc bag
How To Make baked potato wedges

Step 1Preheat oven to 400. Peel & wash potatoes. Cut into wedges. Put potatoes, oil & dressing mix into large Ziploc and shake until well coated. Arrange on baking sheet. Bake 30 minutes or until done, turning every 15 minutes.
