How to Make Baked Mashed Potatoes
- 1Boil potatoes until tender. Drain.
Mash in bowl with about 1/4 cup milk.
Add two teaspoons of butter (or more if you like).
Add sour cream (as much as you like).
- 2The potatoes should be creamy not milky. Try not to add too much milk.
Put in baking dish. Sprinkle top with sharp cheddar cheese.
- 3Top with bacon crumbles or bacon bits. Put in oven for about 5 to 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
