- 10 medium russet potatoes peeled and cooked in salted water
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 medium shallot minced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make baked mashed potatoes with cream cheese

Step 1Whip the cooked potatoes with all the ingredients. Place in a greased 9x13 pan and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
