I HAD LEFTOVER BAKED POTATOES FROM PREVIOUS NITES DINNER. SOOOOO I USED THEM FOR STEAK FRIES N USED SOME SEASONN WE LIKE.....THIS IS HOW MY DELICIOUS MEXICAN BAKD FRIED STEAK FRIES WER BORN ;) NEXT TIME I WILL MELT CHEDDAR/MONT JACK CHEESE ...& CHOPPD CHILIS....DID I HEAR SOUP DIPPERS?....OOOOOO BABY !!

  • 3 medium bakd potatoes, cut in half lengthwise n then cut again
  • 1/8 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powdr
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt

  • Step 1
    IN A LARGE PAN HEAT VEGETABLE OIL
  • Step 2
    SPRINKLE CHILI POWDR N CUMIN ONTO BAKD POTATO WEDGES....THEN CAREFULLY PLACE ON CUT SIDE IN HOT OIL N COOK FOR 3 MIN. OR UNTIL BROWND.
  • Step 3
    TURN POTATOES TO OTHER CUT SIDE N COOK FOR ADDTL 3 MIN. OR UNTIL BROWND. REMOVE WITH SLOTTD SPOON TO PLATE N SPRINKLE WITH SALT....THEN ENJOY ;)
