My own creation. What is better than with bacon grease? Nothing. So I thought instead of butter lets use the bacon grease. It turned out great. Gave the potatoes a great smoky flavor

Ingredients

2 pounds potatoes
1/4 cup bacon grease
- milk
- salt and pepper
4 cloves garlic minced

How To Make bacon grease garlic mashed potatoes

Step 1

Peel potatoes and cook in salted boiling water. Drain and put through a ricer.

Step 2

Add bacon grease, garlic and enough milk to make smooth potatoes. Season with salt and pepper to taste
