Baby Red Potatoes and Prosciutto
How to Make Baby Red Potatoes and Prosciutto
- wash and cube baby reds, you want them to be about 1" cubes. Boil potatoes until fork tender. Chill. This can be done the night before if you like.
- In frying pan heat olive oil and add potatoes and prosciutto. Salt and pepper to taste. Pan fry until lightly browned.
- Serve with toppings as an optional addition. I have also had them with country gravy on top and they were fantastic!! Simple to make but they taste so good!
