Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and sliced into 1/4 inch slices.
- 1/8 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 2 tablespoons minced onion
- 1 tablespoon butter, cut into small pieces
- 1/8 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
How To Make au gratin potatoes

Step 1Place the potatoes in a baking dish. Add onion. Pour milk over them. Sprinkle with parsley and seasoned salt.

Step 2Cover with the cheese. Place butter pieces over the top evenly.

Step 3Cover with foil. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes.

Step 4Uncover and stir gently. Return to oven and bake another 5 minutes.
