My Kids love this recipe and it is so easy to make

Ingredients

  • 1-32oz box macaroni, cooked and cooled
  • 1 doz. - eggs, hard boiled
  • 1- 12 oz packages cheese, shredded your choice
  • 2 cups chopped fresh veggies
  • 3-4 lg - pickles diced
  • 1 cup miracle whip dressing
  • 1/4 cup honey mustard
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • - salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion and garlic powder

How To Make yummy macaroni salad

  • Step 1
    dice eggs putting whites in with macaroni, and the yolks in a 2 qt bowl.
  • Step 2
    Mash eggs yolks with a fork until all mashed
  • Step 3
    Add all spices to egg yolks and mix well
  • Step 4
    Now add vinegar, dressing, and honey mustard, mix until sugar is dissolved. Taste to see if more spices are needed for your taste.
  • Step 5
    Now to Macaroni and egg whites add veggies(like broccoli, cauliflower, peas, carrots, fresh green beans cut to 1" lengths, mushrooms, cucumbers, tomatoes, ... the possibilities are endless) and cheese and mix well
  • Step 6
    Cover salad with dressing mix fold in until all is coated. May refrigerate a day ahead or make and eat. Goes with any grilled meats. We often have leftovers for lunch
