velvetta macaroni and cheese
This is a simple recipe that my family loves. They like to top it with BK seasoning which is a seasoned salt.

Ingredients
- 1 lb - macaroni, elbow
- 16 ounces velvetta cheese
- 1 cup milk or half and half
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
How To Make velvetta macaroni and cheese

Step 1I do this all in a non stick pot. I cook the Macaroni as directed on the package then I drain it and put back in pot. While it is still hot I cut up the Velvetta in pieces and stir into hot Macaroni and let melt. Then add the butter.

Step 2Then I salt, pepper and add dry mustard. Once the cheese is melted I add the milk and stir it up. Simmer on low heat.

Step 3We like to sprinkle with BK seasoning, or a seasoned salt.
