16 ounces cavatelli pasta cooked in boiling salted water and drained
2 pounds velvetta cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar jack cheese
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup sour cream
- salt and pepper to taste

How To Make three cheese mac n cheese with a creamy surprise

Step 1

Cook pasta and set it aside.

Step 2

Add milk to saucepan and add velvetta cheese cut up with the shredded cheddar jack cheese.
Step 3

When almost melted add sour cream.
Step 4

Pour over pasta and season with salt and pepper.
