Ingredients

  • 1 package 8 oz.) fine noodles, cooked and drained
  • 4 - eggs, large
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 package (8 oz.) whipped cream cheese
  • 8 ounces small curd cottage cheese
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup golden raisins (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon

How To Make incredible dairy kugel

  • Step 1
    Place sour cream, cottage cheese, cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and salt in a food processor and process until blended, about 20 seconds.
  • Step 2
    Add the eggs and butter and process about 5 seconds more.
  • Step 3
    In a large bowl, mix cream cheese mixture and noodles, then add raisins and mix.
  • Step 4
    Put kugel mixture into a greased 13 X 9 inch pan.
  • Step 5
    In a small bowl, combine 1 tbsp. sugar and 2 tsps. cinnamon and sprinkle on top.
  • Step 6
    Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45-50 minutes.
