Ingredients
- 1 package 8 oz.) fine noodles, cooked and drained
- 4 - eggs, large
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 package (8 oz.) whipped cream cheese
- 8 ounces small curd cottage cheese
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup golden raisins (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
How To Make incredible dairy kugel

Step 1Place sour cream, cottage cheese, cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and salt in a food processor and process until blended, about 20 seconds.

Step 2Add the eggs and butter and process about 5 seconds more.

Step 3In a large bowl, mix cream cheese mixture and noodles, then add raisins and mix.

Step 4Put kugel mixture into a greased 13 X 9 inch pan.

Step 5In a small bowl, combine 1 tbsp. sugar and 2 tsps. cinnamon and sprinkle on top.

Step 6Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45-50 minutes.
