chicken, broccoli, and roasted red pepper pasta salad
I threw this together with what I had on hand, and it was very tasty! This is also wonderful for holiday dinners as the broccoli and red peppers stay a beautiful bright red and green! You can also use a bag of frozen broccoli florets instead of fresh broccoli.
