Ingredients

12 oz
vermicelli or fine noodles, cooked and drained and broken in half
1 pkg
(8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1/4 c
butter, melted
4
eggs, beaten
1 c
sour cream
1/2 c
sugar
1/2 tsp
salt
1 tsp
vanilla
1/2 c
golden raisins (optional)
1/4 tsp
cinnamon

How to Make Pasta Kugel

Step-by-Step

  • 1Cream cheese and butter, mixing until well blended.
  • 2Blend in eggs, sour cream, sugar, vanilla and salt.
  • 3Add cooked pasta and raisins. Mix well.
  • 4Pour mixture into a 2 1/2 quart baking dish.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon.
  • 5Bake at 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
