Ingredients

12 ozvermicelli or fine noodles, cooked and drained and broken in half

1 pkg(8 ounces) cream cheese, softened

1/4 cbutter, melted

4eggs, beaten

1 csour cream
-
1/2 csugar
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
1 tspvanilla
-
1/2 cgolden raisins (optional)

1/4 tspcinnamon
How to Make Pasta Kugel
- Cream cheese and butter, mixing until well blended.
- Blend in eggs, sour cream, sugar, vanilla and salt.
- Add cooked pasta and raisins. Mix well.
- Pour mixture into a 2 1/2 quart baking dish.
Sprinkle with cinnamon. - Bake at 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
