Ingredients
- 12 ounces vermicelli or fine noodles, cooked and drained and broken in half
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 4 - eggs, beaten
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup golden raisins (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
How To Make pasta kugel

Step 1Cream cheese and butter, mixing until well blended.

Step 2Blend in eggs, sour cream, sugar, vanilla and salt.

Step 3Add cooked pasta and raisins. Mix well.

Step 4Pour mixture into a 2 1/2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

Step 5Bake at 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
