How to Make Mom`s pasta salad
- Cook pasta in salted water until AL dente. Once done drain and rinse in cold water.
- Finely dice onion and Pepper add to cooked pasta. If using the tomato dice and add to pasta as well. Add Hormel ham, vinegar, and mayo. I never measure the mayo but guesstimate how much I usually add. The best way is to taste and add more if desired. Add black pepper to taste and mix all ingredients together.
- Chill in fridge for at least two hours or until cold. Serve and enjoy.
