Ingredients
- 8 oz boxes elbow noodles
- 2 cups shredded cheddar/sharp cheese
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese fresh grated
- 1/4 cup real butter
- 2 1/2 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 - sleeve ritz crackers smashed into crumbs for topping
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make homemade mac and cheese

Step 1Cook elbow noodles to eldentae usually 7/8 minutes. Drain and cool

Step 2Melt butter and flour making a roux. Add milk slowly stir in cheeses until melted add paprika salt and pepper.

Step 3Stir in together pour in 8x8 or 8x9 pan add ritz crackers to top cook at 350 for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
