Homemade mac and cheese

Ingredients

8 oz boxelbow noodles
-
2 cshredded cheddar/sharp cheese
-
1/2 cparmesan cheese fresh grated
-
1/4 creal butter
-
2 1/2 Tbspflour
-
1 tsppaprika
-
1sleeve ritz crackers smashed into crumbs for topping

·salt and pepper to taste
How to Make Homemade mac and cheese
- Cook elbow noodles to eldentae usually 7/8 minutes. Drain and cool
- Melt butter and flour making a roux. Add milk slowly stir in cheeses until melted add paprika salt and pepper.
- Stir in together pour in 8x8 or 8x9 pan add ritz crackers to top cook at 350 for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
