Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
- 1 package frozen (thawed) chopped broccoli
- 1 1/2 cups instant rice (either white or brown)
- 8 ounces jar cheese whiz
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/3 cup can of milk
How To Make green rice caserole

Step 1sauté butter with onions, celery and green pepper. When cooked, combine with rest of ingredients.

Step 2Optional: add meat of your choice. Bake for 45-60 minutes (covered). If you like a crisp top, remove cover the last 15 minutes.
