Ingredients For green rice caserole
chopped green pepper
frozen (thawed) chopped broccoli
1 1/2 c
instant rice (either white or brown)
jar cheese whiz
cream of mushroom soup
can of milk
How To Make green rice caserole
sauté butter with onions, celery and green pepper. When cooked, combine with rest of ingredients.
Optional: add meat of your choice. Bake for 45-60 minutes (covered). If you like a crisp top, remove cover the last 15 minutes.
