Ingredients For greek pasta salad

4 ccavatappi cooked (corkscrew pasta)

1 cenglish cucumber chopped

1 cgrape tomatoes halved or quarted

1/2 cred or green pepper finely chopped

kalamata olives halved or quarted

3scallions finely chopped
-
3 ozfeta cheese
-
flat leaf parsley
-
1/4 cred onion finely chopped

2 carugula
-
1/2 cof dressing (see heading below)
- DRESSING
-
3 Tbspred wine vinegar (or combination of vinegar and fresh lemon juice)

1/2 clovegarlic
-
2 Tbspgrated parmesan
-
1/4 tsporegano
-
3/4 tspsugar
-
1/4 tspsalt
-
1/4 tsppepper
-
1/4 tspall-purpose seasoning

1/4 cup tspolive oil (comgination of lemon/garlic & olive oil)
How To Make greek pasta salad
-
1Combine red wine vinegar, garlic, parmesan, oregano, sugar, salt, pepper & all-purpose seasoning into food processor; pulse to chop garlic.

2With food processor running slowly, add olive oil in a steady stream until emulsified
-
3Taste and adjust seasoning accordingly

4Pour dressing over pasta and other ingredients and toos thoroughly to combine and serve.
